Easy Buttery Pound Cake
1 cup (2 sticks real butter) 4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened) 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla
1 ½ cups sugar 1 ¾ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
Heat oven to 350*F. Butter and oatmeal flour a 12 cup Bundt pan (I just spray with reg. pam). In a large bowl, combine butter and cream cheese; beat until creamy. Add sugar; beat for 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Pour into your prepared Bundt pan.
Bake @ 350* for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool upright for 25 minutes and then place a plate over the top and flip to remove from the pan. Cool completely.
Once cooled, I sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy
